Due to expansion an exciting role has arisen for a Care Manager to join the team.
This role can suit a wide variety of candidate from Care Coordinators, Field Care Supervisors or Deputy Care Managers. What is important is your passion and drive to deliver unrivalled quality care to the clients you look afetr, in your area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, effective, high quality care service that is unique to each customer’s specific needs and preferences. Making sure care services and plans respect customers’ choices and promote their dignity and privacy at all times by creating plans that are focused on the individual and the outcome not just the task.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
- Experience with Care Planning and Risk Assessments
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised
- Experience with MS Word, MS Excel and be familiar with mobile phone and tablet technology
- Flexible
- Able to work under pressure
- Proactive
- Adaptable
The successful candidate will benefit from:
