Registered Care Manager Responsibilities:
Establish & maintain vendors and contracts.RecruitmentFinancial planningTrainingPlans work schedules.Assigns tasks and delegates responsibilities to staff.Arranges for payment of bills.Establish & maintains contact between service users and the local community and/or family and friends.Assesses service users' needs and ensures they have access to health and social care services as require.Creates a friendly, secure atmosphere to gain the trust and confidence of service users and staff.Registered Manager Skills / Experience:
Ability to work closely with their team to deliver bespoke, person-centred care packages within the community.As the Registered Manager you'd be able to lead by exampleBe involved in both office management and hands on care and supportAbility to establish & deliver local authority care packagesBusiness growth and securing new, private and government contracts.Will be required to share the "on call" rota.Demonstration of proven background within a managerial position within a similar setting.Be a driven, professional, and motivated Registered ManagerBe able to manage own time within a fast-paced settingInspire and drive the team to deliver the highest level of care possible.Working 2 days to start off with Registered Manager Qualifications:
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care (or similar) or working towards.Full UK Driving LicenceJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: From 35,000 - 50,000 per year
