Care Navigator/Receptionist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join our small team, providing admin support. The practice is in an exciting period of change and needs a reliable, hardworking flexible person to join us. Duties will include, but not limited to ensuring information on patients clinical records are accurate, care records management, scanning, telephone queries, email management, filing and post. The role is 20 hours per week, 5 days a week. Hours will range from 8am to 6pm The successful applicant will need to be able to work well within the small team, but be able to use their own initiative. They will need to adhere to various protocols and standard operating procedures.
