Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality assurance initiatives across franchises.
- Develop improvement strategies and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance and identify enhancements.
- Facilitate training sessions to promote continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in quality management within healthcare or franchising.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of quality assurance principles and standards.
- Relevant qualifications in quality management or related field.
- Must have led a CQC inspection within a domiciliary environment
