Service/Ward/Department Summary:
The Quality Administrator will be based in Bury and will report to the
Head of Quality for Bury. This is an exciting opportunity to work with Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust Quality Governance team as a Quality Administrator within a friendly and growing organisation.
Role Summary:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly efficient, competent and dependable administrator to support the Head of Quality for Bury. You will ensure high standards are maintained at all times and work is produced effectively and efficiently in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.
You will require a measure of independent judgement, including sensitivity
and discretion and a high degree of initiative to carry out specified duties. You will also require exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail within a busy role.
You will be required to provide a professional, comprehensive
administrative service, and have the ability to communicate confidently with a wide range of people, both internal and external.
We are looking for an individual who is very motivated and works to high
personal and professional standards, paying exceptional attention to detail and maintaining confidentiality.
You will be someone who likes to work in a fast-paced environment
and who can readily adapt to changing work priorities with the ability to multitask, whilst at the same time remaining calm and professional.
You will play an important part in the achievement of recognised quality standards, operate flexibly within the confines of the job description and be prepared to fulfil any delegated task.
You will have a high standard of computer literacy (to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint), have experience of working with databases and incident management systems.
Ideally you will already be familiar with LifeQI and will have a interest in supporting HMR services to improve QI culture.
It is essential that applicants have previous experience of working in an
administrative role, and be able to demonstrate experience of taking minutes at complex meetings.
NVQ Level 3 Business and Administration or equivalent experience.
Flexibility will be required in order to meet deadlines.
Use or access to a car or suitable means of transport to travel across the
Trust footprint in line with service needs.
