Quality Healthcare Administrator
Location: Cheadle, Greater Manchester

Hours: 37.5 Hours Mon - Friday days
Quality Administrator required for a leading independent provider of mental health care and education services.
Working as part of a team maintaining the quality of patient care, ensuring areas of improvement, and working with the ward teams to review various aspects of practice. The span of the team is wide, and the team are looking for a Quality Administrator to provide support in delivering an efficient service.
Day to day duties
- To support a patient safety culture and promote learning from incidents and complaints
- Support with investigations and reviews, including serious incidents, thematic reviews, whistleblowing and complaints, ensuring reports are submitted within the given timescales and in accordance with policies
- Monitor Patient experience across the site, review themes, and support the changes to practice and policy in response to this
- Work with Senior Management Team to review service improvement plans, and quality performance indicators and assist in having an agreed set of objectives
- Robust recording, monitoring and tracking of notifications, reports and reviews
- Co-ordinate responses to patient complaints in accordance with Complaints Policy
- Ensure plans are reviewed, reporting where improvement isn’t occurring in a timely way
- Assist with providing analysis, thematic review and internal benchmarking in collaboration with colleagues and clinical networks
- Contribute to the Clinical Audit and Policy development and implementation; this includes embedding of learning, implementation of standards and that improvement is sustained
- Ensure that work is collaborative and in accordance with company values and behaviours
- To assist with ensuring appropriate quality and safety continuous improvement for the people who use our services, so that services are consistent in high quality service delivery
- Preparing Quality reports as and when required
- Leading on the organisation of the site Clinical Governance meeting.
- Using existing data systems and reports to support the site to improve patient experience.
- Providing cover and support to the wider team and site on ad hoc basis
Qualifications & Experience:
- Good communication skills
- Customer service focused in approach
- Educated to GSCE level or equivalent to include Maths and English at Grade C or higher
- 1 year office-based experience
- Good IT skills over a wide range of applications
- Able to work methodically, accurately, and efficiently.
