Job description

A Quality Administrator vacancy has become available within a business that supplies advanced technologies to some of the most exciting organisations across various industries. An entry level role, offering flexible working hours and personal development for the right person.

On-site they produce innovative prototypes through to a high-volume product range, utilising modern-day manufacturing techniques. Supplying a broad range of customers right across the globe, this key client is working through a considerable period of growth.

As the Quality Administrator you will be responsible for -

  • Following a detailed process manual to collate data required for a First Article Inspection Report
  • Requesting missing and/or incorrect data from suppliers
  • Using portals to upload reports
  • Tracking performance of the First Article Inspection Report
  • Working closely with the quality departments, as well as clients and suppliers within the supply chain

Desirable (but not essential) skills and experience for this Quality Administrator role are -

  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft packages)
  • Manufacturing/engineering experience and knowledge
  • Prior experience within quality and awareness of quality management systems (QMS)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
