Trainee Quality Administrator

A Trainee Quality Administrator position has become available with a successful business based in the Dukinfield area. A great opportunity if you have previously worked within administration and looking to build a career within the quality industry.

As a Trainee Quality Administrator you will be responsible for -

• Following a detailed process manual to collate data required for a First Article Inspection Report
• Requesting missing and/or incorrect data from suppliers
• Using portals to upload reports
• Tracking performance of the First Article Inspection Report
• Working closely with the quality departments, as well as clients and suppliers within the supply chain

Desirable (but not essential) skills and experience for this Trainee Quality Administrator role are -

• Excellent IT skills (Microsoft packages)
• Manufacturing/engineering experience and knowledge
• Prior experience within quality and awareness of quality management systems (QMS)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
