Care Team Leader

Care Team Leader needed at fantastic Care Home in Alfreton.

We are recruiting for a Team Leader to join the experienced and dedicated team at our clients home in Alfreton. 

This is a Full Time, Permanent job with guaranteed shifts and a contract of 36 hours. Purecare Recruitment is acting as the a third party supplier for this position and you would be employed directly with the Nursing Home should you be successful.

You MUST have previous Senior experience within the Care industry, preferably within a Residential Care Home or Nursing Home setting. 

They can contract 36 to 48 hours per week for this Care Team Leader position. Shifts are 12 hours and candidates must be flexible to work alternate weekends also. 

The hourly rate for this Care Team Leader position is £12.67+ per hour with frequent pay reviews and progression opportunities. This rate is likely to rise in April 2024. 

It is essential that you have experience leading others within a residential Care environment, as well as possess an NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care as a minimum. You must also be Medication Administration Trained.
