The Role:

As a Senior Care Worker / Team Leader based in a large Victorian house in Swindon, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding care services.
The house, refurbished to a high standard, features an enclosed garden, creating a supportive and nurturing environment for our clients residents.

Responsibilities:

• Manage care plans and risk assessments.
• Organize engaging activities for residents.
• Liaise effectively with health professionals.
• Collaborate with the manager in day-to-day operations.
• Conduct staff supervision and ensure team cohesion.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Showcase IT literacy in managing documentation.

About You:

• Confidence in decision-making.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Assertiveness in maintaining quality standards.
• Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and complex healthcare needs.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with CQC guidelines and local regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• IT literacy for efficient record-keeping.
