Key Responsibilities: Personal Care Excellence: Deliver compassionate and respectful personal care, including assistance with bathing and toileting, while prioritising residents' dignity and comfort. Care Plan Adherence: Follow detailed care plans meticulously, customising support to meet individual needs and promoting a person-centered approach to care. Mealtime Support: Assist residents during meals, ensuring a positive dining experience and meeting their nutritional requirements. Emotional Support: Provide empathetic and understanding companionship to residents, fostering their well-being. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a supportive team to create a warm and welcoming environment for residents. Requirements: Registered with Social Care Wales. Minimum of 6 months' experience in care. Shift Patterns: Day Shift: 7 am - 7 pm Night Shift: 7 pm - 7 am £10.42 per hour If you're a caring individual committed to delivering excellent care, we'd love to hear from you!
