Fylde Community Care are rated Good from CQC a domiciliary care company delivering exceptional quality home care services. We are looking for care assistants with a passion for working and supporting the elderly and vulnerable within their own homes. We carry out an enhanced DBS paid for by the agency if you stay for 3 plus Months.
Working in the community at Fylde Community Care provides our clients with independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care in their own homes so your own transport is essential.
We only work in Lytham St Annes area so travelling is to a minimum.
To join our expanding team of inspirational carers the key qualities we are looking for are:

· Good communication skills and a positive attitude
· Flexibility as shifts may vary
· Experience in the care industry is preferable but not essential as full induction / training will be given to those new to the care sector
In return we will provide you with a full induction and training programme and help is at the end of a phone; you're never alone at Fylde Community Care.
We have a number of work patterns available from 16-36 hours, full time, part time, mornings, evenings and weekends and due to expansion we also have vacancies for people who can work at our busiest times which include early mornings, evenings and alternate weekends.
Travel is paid at 35p per mile in between calls. Bank Holidays paid at time and a half, Christmas Day double time.
Plus as an employee you are entitled to apply for your own Blue Light Card which entitles you discounts from online and high street retailers as well as food chains.

Salary £12.50 up to £25.00 per hour plus mileage at 35p per mile between clients
