Role: Care Worker
Location: Hazlemere
Care Worker Responsibilities:
- Booking and accompanying people at appointments
- Providing personal care such as showering, hygiene, monitoring health, getting dressed, eating and more
- Administering medication under supervision and recording medication administration
- Monitoring health and reporting back if there are any changes or development with their health
- Planning activities and managing care plans to keep the children safe and engaged

Requirements:
- Current valid DBS or the willingness to obtain one
- NVQ in Health and Safety, Levels 2 and 3 or experience with working in the sector of care work
- A desire to help the children and sensitivity to understanding the children’s needs
- Able to work well with others and children
- Able to commute to Hazlemere
