Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes or residential settings.
- Assisting with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and companionship.
- Promoting independence and dignity while respecting the individual needs and preferences of each client.
- Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working in the UK care sector.
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
- Completion of practical training relevant to the care assistant role. - Moving and handling, First aid etc.
- Ability to provide 3 years of professional references.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
