Caretaker / Warden

Caretaker / Warden required to work with a council in the Gateshead region.

My client is looking to recruit professional, experienced hands on Caretaker / Wardens to join their team.

Work will include but not limited to:

• Carrying out basic maintenance i.e. assembling furniture packs, curtain poles etc
• Cleaning / re-stocking and reporting repairs
• Working with tenants.

There are two vacancies for this, one is working with the homeless and the other is working with refugees.

Our client is offering an ASAP start with the work ongoing on a temporary basis.

Pay Rate: £13.00p/h, paid weekly
Days: Monday - Friday 37 hours a week
Requirements: UK Driving Licence

Location: Gateshead
