You will be joining a Public Services organisation in the Cannock area for a temporary role for 6 months, working as a specialist administrator.
Your new role
This role is varied and will include managing your own case load of files, inputting data, reviewing reports, monitoring emails, collecting and organising data and information to compile for the files, dealing with queries via phone and email, providing updates to the senior leadership team. You will then be trained to complete more complex tasks as you develop in the role. This postion is working in the office Monday to Friday based in Cannock.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have strong experience in administration and demonstrate the ability to manage a varied and time-conscious workload. Key attributes for this role will be someone who is confident in dealing with issues and liaising with multiple departments and people of a varying seniority, as well as good customer service skills and strong organisation and communication skills.

You will be supported and trained in your role by a friendly and experienced team, as well as on-hand support from a Hays specialist consultant. Weekly pay via Hays as long as time sheets are completed on time, as well as holiday pay that is accrued.
