An exciting opportunity for an experienced Case Handler with a minimum of two year’s experience to join one of the UK’s leading Mediation companies. The role involves being the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing updates to all parties throughout the process until completion. This is a really involved role that will support the Senior Mediators ensuring a successful outcome for all parties. The role is based in the company’s new offices situated in North London, 5 mins walk from the Northern Line.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Acting as initial point of contact for enquiries.
- Providing guidance to all parties on the end-to-end mediation process and timescales.
- Provide daily case administrative duties including report generating, arranging meetings and maintaining an effective and accurate filing system.
- Ensuring all cases are dealt with in a polite and professional manner and within the statutory deadlines.
- Develop good relationships with both internal and external parties.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience in case management or similar field.
- High level communication skills both written and spoken.
- Efficient administration and organisation skills.
- Able to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- A willingness and interest to learn about the company and demonstrates the values.
- Good attention to detail and computer literate.
