Office Angels are delighted to be recruiting for a new role due to growth in the team at a leading company in the Middleton area.

We are very open on background for this position, transferrable skills are most important. We are looking for:

• First class customer service, you will be the first point of contact for the department
• Good written skills with brilliant spelling and grammar
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong academic background
• Someone highly motivated, keen to learn and develop

This role would suit anyone from a sales background who is keen to move away from a completely client or customer facing role, the legal sector, other professional services, recruitment, sales administration or a solid background in hospitality managing bookings etc…

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients to follow up on enquiries via phone or email
• Follow up on marketing efforts to secure new business opportunities.
• Manage case work and ensure the technical team is sufficiently briefed to complete their work effectively.
• Maintain business relationships with existing clients through regular contact and meetings.
• Stay up to date with industry updates and legislation changes
• Add, amend, and update our company Case Management Software database with client details and activity.
• Engage with and support our Quality Team to ensure all regulatory standards are met
• Perform any other tasks required from time to time.
