In the Case Worker job you will be:
- Supporting Mentors with varied duties to allow them to dedicate more time to mentoring
- Providing assistance with activities such as the organisation and collection of clothes for work, travel tickets, booking training courses, running drop in sessions such as IT support with digital literacy, updating CVs, help with job searching and application forms and interview preparation
- Previous experience of working in a customer focused / community environment
- An ability to work under pressure, with good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong customer service skills including the ability to communicate effectively and build working relationships
- A full driving license and car available for work use due to travelling within the role
