Caseworker (Adults And Education/Private Law)

The ideal candidate should have one year’s recent practical experience of working within a busy legal office supporting lawyers.  Local government experience would be an advantage due to the nature of the work although not essential. The case worker will have responsibility for co-ordination, preparation and monitoring of case files, preparation of bundles and have matters ready for court where necessary.  The post holder will be required to work alongside a team of lawyers and provide support in preparation of adult safeguarding, Education (SEND and Childcare matters.

This role would be suitable for someone who can demonstrate the ability to deal with a high and varied caseload, with excellent client care skills, and an eagerness to provide a high-quality service to our clients.

You must hold 5 GCSE’s or ‘O’ levels, grade C and above (or equivalent), including English Language as a minimum.

Hours

37 hours per week
