The role of Cash and Banking Supervisor is instrumental in both shaping and delivering against the company objectives, and whilst being part of a small team will be closely connected as part of a wider community that will help to inform business performance.

A day in the life...

• Supporting the C&B team, the wider Finance department and the rest of the Nando’s estate.
• Promoting best practices within the finance department and constantly looking to improve processes and procedures.
• Assisting the Purchase Ledger, Cash and Banking and Payroll teams in investigating any non-store transactions not identified on the bank statement.
• Submitting BACS trace requests to RBS.
• Monthly processing of invoices received from WorldPay, AMEX and Ingenico.
• Raising queries with RBS, WorldPay or AMEX for any outstanding transactions.
• Processing of accruals in the absence of the above invoices.
• Supporting the team with processing and reconciliation of Deliveroo invoices/account.
• Periodic auditing of reconciliations prepared by the team members for various RBS and AIB accounts and balance sheets.
• Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with key stakeholders both internal and external
• Managing the Cash & Banking Team, encouraging great teamwork and supporting team members with their PDP’s.

Hot skills required...

• 3-5 years+ previous Cash and Banking Ledger and team management experience
• Experience working in a high volume, multi-site large company
• Highly organised and able to meet deadlines.
• Passion for Finance either studying or completed financial qualification
• Able to work and cope under pressure.
• Good team ethic and skills.
• Good written and verbal command of English language.
• Workday system knowledge advantageous
