Casual Leisure Advisor

Active Wirral are seeking to recruit a number of Casual Leisure Advisors who are able to work across all of our leisure facilities at short notice, whose main task will be to provide front of house customer service, dealing with enquiries, bookings, memberships, and general queries.

You will be professional, ambitious, accountable and customer focused. Delivering a high standard of customer service to leisure centre users.

The successful candidates will be required to work within a busy, exciting environment, carrying out duties related to a front of house role.

You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team, showing a desire to help and serve the public.

A good working knowledge of computer based booking system, selling products and memberships is desirable.

Candidates should be willing to work flexible hours and shift patterns across all leisure centres which may include evenings and weekends.
