Role
Data is a critical asset for the business and is directly linked to ongoing growth and stability of the organisation. The Data Team are a crucial part of Rubix, helping to improve the overall core data within the business and assist the Category Team in being able to carry out their key strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Core Suppliers to improve their product file from basic data to enrichment.
- Interact with internal stakeholders to assure data quality (Product Management, Supply Chain, Pricing and Digital)
- To complete and maintain Core Supplier price files.
- Develop a detailed understanding of the complex data structures and their relationships across all systems both within the UK and within the Group.
- Provide Category and Procurement with the tools to improve Stock, Web and Pricing aspects.
- Additional ad hoc data cleansing and project work and preparation of reports.
- Completing data tickets through our Freshservice portal in an accurate and timely manner.
