The Role:
As a Category Manager, you will be spearheading growth and driving profitability, ensuring product portfolio success, developing compelling presentations, and leading market analysis. Your strategic acumen will shape the brand's global presence, making a lasting impact. It will be up to you to work independently, manage budgets, and foster collaborative partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and profitability by developing and expanding product categories across regions.
- Analyse category trends, competition, and customer preferences to shape product assortment.
- Partner closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to curate category strategies for exceptional performance.
- Lead category-focused innovation efforts, guiding new product development and improvements.
- Support distributors to maximise category performance and ensure brand compliance.
