This role sits within our Hospitals division, catering for visitors and NHS teams. Taking care of some of the most renowned hospitals in the country, we know that healthy, nutritional food is critical to patient recovery. What you'll be doing...

As Catering Administrator, you will support the Manager with admin tasks, client audits, till cashing up and reporting. This role is an ideal development opportunity for the right candidate

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure bookwork and written communication is completed accurately and to specified deadlines
  • Ensure all general administrative duties are up to date completed to the highest standard
  • To take notes at all required meetings
  • To maintain client and Elior UK confidentiality and security at all times
  • To ensure that site records are maintained for the following areas: COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and employees

Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday 10.30am - 6.30pm
