We currently have a vacancy for a Catering Manager to join Woodstock Primary Academy, helping to co-ordinate day-to-day activities within the kitchen and ensuring quality services are provided to pupils and staff.
Job overview
You’ll be responsible in assisting with school menu planning, food preparation and cooking. You'll be working within a wider team to ensure catering services are carried out efficiently on a daily basis. Duties will include stock control and working to financial targets.
Job requirements
Minimum of a Level 2 award in Food Safety
Previous experience within catering for large numbers in a supervisory role
Awareness of Health and Safety, COSHH, dietary and allergen requirements
Commitment to providing a high-quality and consistent catering service with the ability to work within a busy environment
Contract: Permanent
Working hours: • 30 hours, 38 weeks per year.
