The Client:
Our client is a prominent frozen food manufacturer, specialising in authentic Asian cuisine across the UK and Europe.
The Role:
As a Catering Operation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in Identifying strategic locations for new restaurant ventures.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement blueprints for each restaurant establishment.
* Establish and enforce standard operating procedures.
* Oversee Health & Safety compliance and HACCP standards.
* Lead recruitment and training initiatives for restaurant staff.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Catering Operation Manager or in a similar role.
* Proven experience in launching and building restaurant chains.
* Disciplined, process-driven, and methodical approach.
* Fluency in Chinese / Mandarin.
