About the Role:
- You will primarily be responsible for the management of one of our busy catering outlets; however, flexibility to cover other events and functions across the campus will also be required.
- You will ensure excellent service is provided to all customers and you will maintain sufficient stock levels at all times
- You will lead and manage a team of Catering Assistants to ensure the smooth running of the catering service during opening hours.
- You will work closely with the Catering Manager to maintain agreed standards of operation, plan staff shifts and rotas, ensure all catering areas are clean, well maintained and safe for use and advise of any financial variances including daily receipts and budget targets.
About you:
- You will ideally hold a food hygiene certificate or be willing to complete one
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- You will have a flexible approach to working to support events and function taking place throughout the year at Hartpury
- You will be a self-motivated individual
