- Passionate Head Chef who likes his Chefs to bring menu ideas to the table
- 40 hours per week
- Sundays and Mondays Closed
- Tuesday day shift
- Thursday – Saturday Dinner service 6pm – 9pm
- No lunch services
- Closed Christmas
