Main Duties
Key Responsibilities include ensuring stock levels remain at optimal levels within bars, cellars and staying on top of placing orders; ensuring all stock is stored safely and at correct temperatures following the venue’s Risk Policies and Procedures; and assisting the Customer Experience Team in maintaining an accurate venue margin between accurately checking all deliveries upon arrival and completing accurate weekly stock counts and reporting issues where necessary.

We are currently looking for a Cellar Person to play a pivotal role in the Front of House operation, to ensure the smooth running of the cellar and Food and Beverage offering, and oversee a consistent and effective stock control. They will ensure stock levels are maintained effectively and that stock is managed correctly with minimal wastage and discrepancies at our wonderful Ambassadors Theatre.
The Ambassadors is a beautifully intimate playhouse with an exciting and diverse schedule of programming, and has recently reopened after completing two phases of a building refurbishment . Turning over shows on average every three months, we welcome a fantastic variety of productions from comedy to world premieres of plays staring A-list casts.
