Position: Central Operations Data Administrator

Location: Chesterfield, S41 7SL (Office-Based)

Reporting to: Central Operations Lead


Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented team member to join our Central Operations Team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the efficient running of our business by collating data, supplying operational colleagues with essential information and data, and ensuring the meticulous administration of our process policies and procedures. This role is pivotal in producing reports, managing call logs, and maintaining proficiency in internal systems such as Nourish and Sonar.


Key Responsibilities


  • Data Management Efficiently collate and supply data and information to operational colleagues to support business activities.
  • Report Generation Produce accurate and timely reports that contribute to the strategic analysis and decision-making processes.
  • Call Log Management: Manage call logs, ensuring all communications are recorded and followed up on as necessary.
  • System Updates and Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge and expertise in internal systems, including Nourish and Sonar, ensuring all data is accurately updated and managed.
  • Meeting Participation: Actively take part in meetings, contributing to discussions and following up on actions and tasks derived from project meetings.
  • Process Administration: Administer process policies and procedures, ensuring all operations adhere to established standards and regulations.
  • Project Management Assistance: Provide support in project management tasks, applying organizational and coordination skills to advance project objectives.


Qualifications


  • Experience: Previous experience in data collation, administration, and report production is essential. Some project management and social care experience would be an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Must be highly competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within the Central Operations Team and across different departments to achieve business goals.
  • Education: A degree in business administration, project management, social care, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
