If so this is the role for you.
We are looking for a part-time Centre Manager to join our team and manage one of our centres in Binley, Coventry. This is an office based role working Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays, 8.30-5pm.
You will be responsible for but not limited to:
• Marketing and managing the centre and its facilities to potential and existing tenants
• Direct people management of a team of 2
• Generating income and managing property enquiries, lettings, terms and conditions and leases
• Negotiating contracts with external suppliers
• Ensuring the building and its equipment are properly maintained and presented
• Reporting and resolving any problems
• Supervising contractors and agents on site
• Maintaining budget responsibility for the centre
• Liaising with other staff and managers across the organisation
• Ensuring compliance with company health and safety procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Business development experience in a relevant activity, preferably with a background in property management
• Experience of forecasting, delivering budgets and performance reporting
• Experience of managing a small team of staff
• Computer literacy with strong MS Office skills
This exciting Fixed term contract of 12 months, will be starting as soon as possible, interviewing the 2nd week of January.
