We are searching for an incredible CENTRE OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR to join us at Chateau de Grande Romaine, our beautiful activity centre near Paris.
Reporting to the General Manager, the role is responsiblefor providing the General Manager with centre performance data and metrics toinform operational priorities, decisions and corrective actions. Support thecentre's department heads in the administration of finance and systems toensure they are focused on delivering customer experience excellence.
THE ROLE
- To provide administrative and management support to theManaging Director, Executive Board and Leadership Team.
- Draw data from a variety of sources to create regularreports for the Managing Director on performance and monitoring of BalanceScorecard KPIs.
- Consolidate and analyse customer feedback on a weeklybasis, reporting trends and insights, to inform investigations and actionplans.
- Assist the Managing Director in monitoring health andsafety performance, including the reporting and resolution of incidents andaccidents.
- Liaise with the central finance team to escalate andresolve centre financial issues.
- Provide data, analysis and reports on centre performanceto the Managing Director.
IS THIS YOU?
- Fluent French (C1 minimum)
- Fluent English (C1 minimum)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Administrative experience
- Experience of data entry and analysis
- Experience of data confidentiality and management ofsensitive information
