An exciting opportunity to work within an admin support role for a leading catering equipment company within the foodservice industry.
The Administrator s day to day duties are as follows:- Monitoring all new work requests from account managers and ensuring all new work requests are passed to the correct department.
- Obtaining quotes from suppliers
- Processing new quotes and sending out by e-mail
- Updating the bespoke in-house system accordingly
- Quoting one-off equipment
- Liaising with suppliers for quotes
- Liaising with sub-contractors for quotations for works requested
- Sourcing alternative quotations as necessary
- Dealing with customer queries and keeping them updated
- Progress of authorised orders
- Co-ordination of delivers and installations
- GCSE in Maths and English
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
- Working knowledge of Outlook
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience working in an office environment
- Able to work on your own initiative but also part of a team
- Numerate
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Salary £24,000
- Hours Mon-Friday 08.30-17.00 with a 30-minute break
