This Receptionist/Administrator post is to assist in the day to day running of reception ensuring the reception desk is covered at opening times. To welcome, receive and greet all visitors, providing the first point of contact for all service users, resolving routine enquiries and complaints professionally and in accordance with Trust standards and procedures. Be responsible for dealing with all calls received in a professional manner, ensuring telephone standards are met. The role may require contact with distressed and anxious patients; training will be given and support to enable you to manage potentially challenging situations. This is a very rewarding role and would suit someone who can stay calm under pressure whilst carrying out a variety of tasks as no two days are the same.
