THE JOB PURPOSE
To manage the reception area and tend to all customers in a car dealership setting.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Main reception duties
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Answering inbound calls
- Signing in customers
- Administration
- First point of call for all customers
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Previous receptionist experience is essential
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Confident dealing with queries
- Confident speaking to people in person and over the phone
- Friendly and approachable personality
