The Change Delivery Manager at Broxtowe Borough Council will report into the Head of Asset Management and Neighbourhoods and will be responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of key strategic projects across the repairs and assets division.
This role requires sector specific knowledge in relation to housing, repairs, construction or of a similar nature/environment.

Description
- Analysing current processes and strategies across the housing, repairs and asset management division
- Review dependencies and inter-dependencies and provide assurance around programme delivery
- Responsible for undertaking the delivery of projects
- Improving operational processes and creating new policies where required
- Contributing to financial efficiencies and customer satisfaction
- Tracking and monitoring all change activity
- Create actionable change management deliverables

Profile
- Ideally the successful candidate will hold experience in a similar role from a Social Housing or similar background
- Ability to undertake resident and stakeholder consultation and communicate approaches to service delivery
- Have strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- Open and engaging in dealings with colleagues, supply chain members, and stakeholders including Senior Officers and elected Members
- Able to carry out any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by your line manager
- A Project Management qualification is desirable but not essential
- A solid understanding of how people adapt to change and go through the change process
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and move towards a common vision
- Strong planning and organisation skills; detail oriented and effective at delivery
