Sellick Partnership are currently assisting in the recruitment of a Change Manager for an organisation in Sunderland on a hybrid basis. This is a permanent, full time position, paying up to £60,000 per annum.
Responsibilities of the Change Manager include:
- Provide change management expertise and leadership in order to facilitate and guide the organisation
- Effective mobilisation of change management strategies in line with the organisations framework
- Lead and deliver change management activities and initiatives
- Conduct regular assessments of Change Management processes to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements as needed
- Use effective communication and change management approaches to support teams through change
The ideal candidate will have:
- A recognised change management qualification or training (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in PROSCI (Desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrable experience of identifying and managing interdependencies between change activities
