The post holder will be responsible for the general clerical duties of opening mail, message taking, photocopying, filing and record keeping. The post holder will be responsible for the prompt reception and processing of new referrals to the Chaplaincy Team The post holder will check-in regularly with the Departmental Lead for any priority updates or changes. The post holder will organise a yearly Calendar of events, enabling the Trust to mark major faith festivals. The post holder will facilitate room bookings for weekly online Chaplaincy sessions. The post holder will help design and produce Chaplaincy publicity resources both printed and digital. The post holder will support the department in organising and running events, which may require occasional evening or weekend working, including the production of publicity materials, orders of service and arranging of venues. The post holder will assist the Chaplaincy Lead with the Planning, publicising and delivering community-building events. The post holder may be required to provide administrative support at the Becklin Centre as well as The Mount. The post holder must be a driver, with access to their own vehicle.
