A fantastic opportunity within the Leeds branch of this super friendly, forwardthinking, modern law firm to work as a Team Administrator. You will be working aspart of a small team in a supportive environment. Duties will include:
- General admin including filing (hard copy and electronic), post, photocopying, and archiving.
- Reception cover
- Producing and amending legal, marketing /business development documentation using track changes and auto numbering
- Dealing with post completion registrations at the Land Registry
You will be a confident user of MS Office and used to track changes. You will have some previous experience of providing administrative support in a professional office environment and be IT literate with a sound understanding of MS Office.
