In this position you will be representing and advising landowners on renewable energy developments and projects. You will predominantly promote land, evaluate offers and then negotiate terms with the favoured developer. They key areas of the job include; landowner representation, negotiation, collaboration with stakeholders, site visits and communication with clients.
The ideal candidate will be MRICS certified and have previous experience of negotiating renewable energy documentation or commercial leasing negotiations. You could be at the beginning of your career with 1-2 years in the industry or have a wealth of experience in a similar role, this company are looking for candidates of all skill levels.

The Role:
*Chartered Surveyor (Energy and Renewables)
*Landowner representation, main POC and advisor to land owners promoting their land for renewable developments
*Negotiation with developers
*Conducting site visits to build relationships with clients, meet developers and appraisal of sites

The Person:
*MRICS Certified (desirable)
*Experience in commercial leasing negotiations or renewable energy documentation
*Good written communication and attention to detail
*Strong people skills and professional approach
