Chef De Partie

Location: Allerton Manor Golf Club, Allerton Rd, Liverpool L18 3JT

We are currently recruiting for 2 talented and dedicated Chef de Parties for Allerton Manor Golf Club.

Set in the beautiful grounds of the Golf Club, are three unique hospitality facilities: The Old Stables Restaurant, Fletcher's Sports Bar and Beer Garden, and Hayloft. As well as serving food throughout the week, we also offer the location for a variety of events from weddings through to all life celebrations and corporate functions.

Huge news for Allerton Manor Golf Club is an expansion of the existing golf course, redesigning clubhouse with a 66 bedroom hotel and Spa!

The successful candidates will work as part of the kitchen team and be responsible for preparing all food for the restaurant and events, ensuring that the kitchen team can consistently deliver the highest standards of food service. Our chefs are responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving high quality menus, working well in a team in a fast paced environment.

Because of the high standards , the successful candidates will need to have relevant catering industry qualifications and experience to be considered for this role.

Additional Information:

Previous experience working in a similar position in fast paced pubs/bars/restaurants and dealing with high volume covers is desirable.

Proof of eligibility to work within the UK is required and applicants must live within easy travelling distance from Allerton Manor Golf Club.
