More about the role:
- Assist in the preparation and production of high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards
- Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring timely and efficient food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu development, food costing, and inventory management
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to quality and consistency
About you:
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and a strong understanding of culinary fundamentals
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
