Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a unique, luxury hotel on the South Devon coast and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to work as part of a kitchen team, under the direction of an Executive Chef, serving diners with an award winning, fine dining experience between restaurants.

What's involved?

As a Chef de Partie with previous fine dining experience, you will work as part of a team under the direction of the Executive Chef. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting spectacular, fine dining dishes using fresh, high quality, locally sourced ingredients for all food outlets. You wiill have a keen eye for detail in the food you're creating and will be able to keep calm under pressure.

You will help to manage and train any junior members of staff working with you whilst ensuring that both yourself and your team members have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety at all times.

Previous high end fine dining experience is required for this role as well as a background of preparing and cooking fresh ingredients.

Please note: due to the remote location, this role may be more suited to someone with their own transport, as public transport in the area is limited.
