Chef de Partie – £31,000 – Hotel – Braunton, Devon – Live-in – 4-day week
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join this established team of Chefs for this well-known luxury hotel.
Previous experience with a fresh food offering is essential.

Duties & responsibilities:
- Manage your time well to ensure everything is ready and prepared for service.
- As a Chef de Partie, you will use your eye for quality to produce high-quality dishes from fresh ingredients.
- Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and safety are always maintained.
- Maintain areas of work.
- Experience in event cooking would be useful.
