TQR Exeter are working in partnership with a Hotel near Kingsbridge, Devon who are seeking a Restaurant Manager. This client prides itself on delivering its guests a first-class experience set on one of Devon’s finest seaside locations!

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be required to:
- Undertake shifts on weekdays and weekends
- Organise rotas
- Provide staff training
- To be a focal point for hotel guests and employees when on shift
- To follow the hotel’s standards of service at all times
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Proactively communicate to colleagues and line managers customer feedback
To Apply the Assistant Restaurant Manager must:
- Lead the team demonstrating strong people skills.
- Have previous restaurant management experience within a similar setting.
- Demonstrate the importance of attention to detail
- Have a good standard of spoken and written English
- Insist on high standards of presentation.
- Thrive within a pressured high-season environment
- Lead from the front.
