The Role of a Restaurant Manager
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our Food and Beverage Team to success. Reporting directly to the General Manger, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the Restaurant, Lounge and Bar.
You will assume operational responsibility and drive the performance of Restaurant Team to deliver exceptional levels of service to all our guests and meet the agreed departmental financial targets.
We are looking for a self-motivated forward-thinking individual with a strong Food and Beverage background. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to lead and develop your teams and influence across all areas of the business.
As Restaurant Manager you will have a hands-on approach and take a proactive role with service and standards. You will be an inspirational leader, who is passionate in delivering extraordinary guest experiences and who takes pride in sharing success with your team.
