A great opportunity for a Chef de Partiie to join this great team based at a site in the heart of Leeds City Centre. This is working in a Staff Dining operation and you will work Monday to Friday from 7am to 3.30pm with a starting salary of £29,120 based on a 40 hour contract
The Chef will work alone in the kitchen supported by a Area Chef on some days and with 2 Front of House Assistants. You will cater for between 10-30 on a daily basis.
The Chef will produce breakfast and lunch each day with lunch consisting of 3 Hot main course options from a centrally produced menu. You will need to produce dishes to a spec sheet and may also have sandwich lunches to prepare as well.
Due to the small team everyone helps each other so the Chef de Partie will help wish washing and cleaning of the kitchen and potentially collecting Tea and Coffee cups from around the service areas. So flexibility is required for this role
