Chef De Partie – Sable & Co - Liverpool Airport

Pay rate – starting from £13.80 per hour - regardless of age.
For our Early Birds and Night Owls! You will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am.
Share of tips - earn up to £150 per month!

In the kitchen you will be working in a team in a medium-sized kitchen, flexible with your hours, working hours between 02:00 am and 00:00 am. We pride ourselves on ensuring a great work/life balance, with days off together where possible and no split shifts.
Due to some responsibilities within the Commis Chef role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations

Responsibilities for the Chef De Partie
Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies about food preparation, receiving, storage, and sanitation.
Preparing meats and vegetables.
Efficient timekeeping and time management of both preparation and food service.
Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
Ensuring daily, weekly & monthly cleaning duties are carried out as organized by the Kitchen Manager.
Ensuring that the production, preparation, and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.
