Duties: Chef plans menus, prepare and oversee the preparation of food in takeaway establishment.
Controlling and directing the food preparation process. Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels.
Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality.
Must have past experience in Preparing Pakistani and Indian curries, sauces and rice dishes.
Determining food inventory needs, stocking, and ordering.
Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitation, food safety guidelines including Allergens.
Being responsible for health and safety at workplace. Being responsible for food hygiene practices.
